Celebrate with us: oodle turns one!

Chances are you’ve crossed paths with oodle – the name for all things design and creative at Systematic. We’ve been offering graphic design services for over 20 years, then we launched oodle in May 2023. This allowed our creative trio – Andrew, Sarah and Steve – to step out of Systematic’s renowned print and mailing services shadow. 12 months on and oodle is making waves in the design agency scene in the East Midlands.

Our team love working under this new banner and now that an office make-over is complete, they have a creative space that matches their ambition. We haven’t just expanded our client base – long-standing clients are commissioning new types of projects. Take 2D animations, for example – these are versatile brand assets that grab attention in a noisy digital world. According to Andrew, our Digital Designer, “Animations transform marketing strategies into powerful stories that blend images, illustrations, video, narration, kinetic text, and music. A recent highlight was working on some animations for the Good Business Charter, promoting responsible business practices through an accreditation pathway. It was a joy to share valuable information on themes that truly align with our values.”

We’re in our element when we take brands on a journey. As oodler Sarah puts it, “Crafting a suite of creative resources that work together to get our clients noticed while enhancing their reputation is what we’re all about!” Case in point: our work with industry leader International Parking Systems (IPS) Group UK. We designed an eye-catching exhibition presence that was big on scale and impact, for a key event at Birmingham’s NEC.

Looking ahead, Graphic Designer Steve offers his thoughts on where the creative industry is heading. “Our sector is undergoing rapid change, driven by social media and technology, especially AI. Clients now have the tools to take charge of their creative endeavours like never before. However, ambitious brands still rely on the expertise, ideas, and focus of teams like ours to lay the foundation for their success.”

oodle is more than just a part of the Systematic family; it’s a vital link in our burgeoning creative community, which now includes our neighbours at Knapton Wright, experts in creative and strategic digital marketing. Together, we’re shaping a vibrant creative hub in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds.
