Corporate cosiness with winter workwear

As the temperatures drop, it’s the perfect time to get your winter workwear projects underway. Seasonal essentials don’t just keep your team and customers cosy – they turn every chilly day into a chance to get noticed. From beanies and snoods to jackets and socks, these practical yet stylish pieces make sure your logo’s front and centre, from head to toe – whether it’s during visits and events, on video calls, or simply brand impressions with the user as they dress for the weather.  Think of it as giving your brand a winter wardrobe: functional, fun, and impossible to ignore.

Headwear

It’s said that ‘eye level is buy level’ and headwear is one of the easiest ways to put your brand in sight, and in mind.

Beanies are a winter classic, available in a mix of textures, colours, and styles. Pom-poms and bobbles are having a serious moment in 2025, as highlighted in our latest Systematic version, pictured above.

Baseball caps aren’t just for summer anymore. Heavy cotton, wool blends, and reflective finishes make them perfect for drizzly mornings and blustery afternoons.

When it comes to personalisation, you’ve got options: print, embroidery, raised embroidery, or even woven and engraved leather patches. A head-turner in every sense of the word.

Snoods: the multi-tasker

This little winter hero does it all. A snood can be a neck warmer, scarf, bandana, headband – or even an impromptu face mask. No wonder marketing teams love them: they’re versatile, compact, and give your logo a full-colour stage.

Lightweight, easy to post, and available in a rPET material (derived from recycled plastic bottles), snoods are practical, sustainable, and stylish. Choose single or double layers, add reflective strips for extra visibility, and suddenly you’ve got a winter essential that’s also a branding powerhouse.

Branded jackets and gilets

When it’s nippy outside, nothing keeps your team looking sharp like a cosy jacket or gilet. They’re perfect for outdoor work, client meetings, or just a brisk walk between sites – and they give your brand a polished, on-point look.

We’re big fans of the Regatta Soft Shell Jacket from the Honestly Made collection. Warm, showerproof, wind-resistant, and made from at least 40 recycled plastic bottles, it’s proof you don’t need to compromise style for sustainability.

For a recent project with Clean Cornwall, we went all out: embroidered chest logo, sleeve detail for the partnership, and a bold print across the back. Functional, warm, and full of personality – a jacket that talks for your brand.

We have an increasing range of gilets, including this new fleece gilet. It’s a warm, practical and easy care mid layer made from soft 260gsm polyester fleece. It features a two way zip for flexible movement, zipped side pockets for secure storage and subtle contrast trims for a smart, modern look. Ideal for work or everyday wear where comfort and mobility matter.

Logo socks for branded feet

Small but mighty, logo socks are a cosy way to keep your brand in mind – it’s a relatively new promotional product, but certainly not novelty. From woolly winter warmers to cushioned sports socks, and even wellie-friendly lengths. Our UK manufacturing partner has quality options that are practical and long-lasting.

Your logo can be knitted in up to six thread colours, and each pair is presented in a compostable bag, with optional FSC paper headers, wrap bands or presentation boxes. Every time they’re pulled on, kicked off, or washed, your brand gets a mini moment in the spotlight. Subtle, useful, and surprisingly effective – a sock that does more than keep toes toasty.
