Bamboo banners

The lower-impact future of event displays

Move over roller banners – the exhibition display system that’s been at the forefront of event marketing for years. Whilst being portable, easy to assemble and cost effective, they have an inherent problem, the environmental impact of their production and repeated replacement.

Once your graphic becomes outdated or damaged, the entire unit needs to be disposed of. Whilst we do offer a roller banner product with interchangeable graphic cassettes – marketing teams failed to default to another style of product. End-of-life disposal has been tricky, with general waste or specialist recycling rarely convenient or accessible.

We believe bamboo banners mark a turning point and we hope that you become an early adopter, just like us!

Reusable by design

Reuse is a core principle of the ‘Reduce, Reuse, Recycle’ waste hierarchy. By extending a product’s life, you reduce the need for new materials. Our bamboo banners feature a full-colour polyester yarn graphic, printed in the UK, with a PVC-free coating. Each graphic has corner eyelets that simply hook onto the bamboo frame, allowing you to swap out or add new graphics as needed. This makes it easy to repurpose the system for new campaigns, messages, or events.

Lower impact materials

The frame consists of just four bamboo poles that slot into a polycarbonate connector. Polycarbonate is a high-performance thermoplastic, known for its strength and transparency, with potential to be recycled at end-of-life. This simple yet clever design allows the frame to flex slightly under tension, ensuring a smooth tensioned graphic.

Aesthetic

This bamboo banner has a natural, premium look. It’s different and distinctive, reflecting your organisation’s ethics, care, and considered purchasing decisions. It’s a subtle way to show commitment to sustainability while promoting your brand.

Portable

Weighing less than 1kg, this display is ultra-portable. The frame comes in a drawstring bag, and the graphic rolls up for easy transport. Like traditional roller banners, this system is designed for indoor use. Currently, the banner is available in one size: 60cm wide by 180cm high.

Why wood-n’t you

Bamboo banners combine sustainability, portability, and style in a simple, reusable system. In our view, they represent the future of low-impact exhibition displays, giving your brand visibility in all the right ways. Their natural aesthetic can inspire creativity, and our team is on hand to help you design graphics that perfectly reflect your brand.
