You’ll be given a warm welcome into a team of 17 other colleagues, who collaborate on a varied portfolio of creative projects. As a Project Manager, your support will be key to maintaining the high service levels that our loyal clients rely on, from handling enquiries to ensuring that deliveries are made on time. You’ll work closely with our Account Managers, who lead our sales activities. You’ll also benefit from the support of a peer group, with two other colleagues working within our Client Service Team.
You’ll be a perfect fit for this role if you;
Knowledge of our business sector is not essential, full training will be provided. A good starting point is merely that you are enthusiastic about the potential of design, print, mailing and marketing projects to add value to businesses. Perhaps you appreciate good, eye-catching designs, or take note of engaging marketing campaigns? You may recognise the power of social media or admire well written copy?
The role is full-time across our core business hours of 8.30am – 5pm, although part-time hours would be considered, particularly where an applicant is able to offer flexibility within their working pattern.
Applicants should be able to work from Systematic HQ in Caistor, Lincolnshire, LN7 6QA during the first few months of their training. Beyond this point, a remote working request could be considered for a proportion of working hours. Most members of our team enjoy the benefits that come with hybrid working, spending two days a week in the office and working remotely at other times.
